Remaining payment is to be paid 2 weeks prior to the event date, failure to make any payment will result in the canceltation on the event.

If you wish to add to your bar tab on the evening the required amount must be paid in full before the tab can be extended.

Final guest numbers are due 2 weeks prior to the event.
